Artwork prints are sent in postal packing tubes via Royal Mail 1st class tracked/signed.

A Royal Mail tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch.
UK postage: £7 Please allow 2-3 working days delivery from dispatch.
Worldwide: £14 Please allow 5-7 working days delivery from dispatch.

IMPORTANT! ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE EU

Please check any import taxes before for you buy. You may have to pay customs/excise duty or import tax.

This is the customers responsibility, I am not liable for any extra charges incurred.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
All returns must be posted within 14 days of the date you receive the product. All returned items must be undamaged and in new condition.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email paulfellowsart@gmail.com to obtain a RMA number. Package item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Any delivery or custom costs cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you provide me with the incorrect or incomplete address I cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
